Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing paid and organic social media strategies to drive growth, retention, and engagement. They will create compelling ad content, utilize advertising tools on various platforms, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the specialist will stay informed about industry trends, manage budgets effectively, and provide insights and recommendations based on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry

- 3-5 years of experience in paid social media

- Proven track record in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns

- In-depth knowledge of advertising tools for platforms like Client, Instagram, and Client

- Strong analytical skills

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, or business

- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel

- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to learn new concepts and systems swiftly and independently

- Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

- Familiarity with the Seismic Sales Enablement platform is a plus

Additional Information

- Location: HYBRID - Hopkins, MN 55343 (Hybrid schedule in office 3 days)

- Duration: 12 months contract

- Start Date: 07/01/2024

- Pay: $31.00 per hour

- Expected hours: 40 per week
