Job Description

The User Experience Researcher position at eTeam in Durham, NC is focused on working within the Onyx Research Data Platform organization to enhance user experience for data products and services in the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric design decisions and optimize user success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, data science, informatics, biology or a related scientific discipline with at least 3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in a wide range of user research methodologies and techniques, including quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, biotech industry, and digital healthcare industry preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• A foundation in biology is preferred
