Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Designer to join our team. The role involves designing high-quality financial products in the asset tokenization space. Operating from the UK, EU, or UAE (Abu Dhabi/Dubai), you will lead the design process from conception to implementation, focusing on user experience, visual design, and product functionality. Collaboration with the product development team, implementing innovative solutions leveraging blockchain technology, and continuously iterating and optimizing products based on user feedback and industry insights are key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer in the FinTech space, with a focus on trading apps, banking apps, wallets, and asset management platforms.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

• Ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative design solutions.

• Experience working in agile development teams and understanding of agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design decisions and influence stakeholders.

• 4–5 years of experience in the FinTech Industry.
