Looking for an expert hand illustrator for portrait commissions

We are in the process of planning and researching to hire an expert hand illustrator for our company to work on portrait commissions. This is part of an ongoing, long-term project where the illustrator would be tasked with mass production. We specifically require someone skilled in Adobe Illustrator. All experience levels are welcome, from beginner to junior, with corresponding rates of $15-25 and $25-35 respectively. The job allows for remote work, so the expert wouldn’t be required to work from a specific location. As the owner of the company, I’m open to receiving offers in regards to the project budget.
