Position: Video Editor - Short Format (Reels for Instagram mainly)
Location: Bangalore, India
Salary: Depending on experience, up to ₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Create 3-5 reels for Instagram (and YouTube shorts as relevant) each week primarily for Instagram.
Collaborate under the guidance of our creative director to bring concepts and scripts to life. Your only role will be implementation.
Ensure high-quality implementation of visual and audio elements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for short-format video content.

Qualifications and Qualities:
Demonstrated experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating reels specifically.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). We are flexible about which platform you use, as long as you can get the job done well.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
