Hi everyone. I am Adi. I am an actor, director, writer, producer, and educator in the field of drama and theatre. I have been in the industry for about close to ten years. a Diploma in Mass Communications as well as a BA in English and Literature. In terms of achievements, I have been awarded numerous accolades such as best actor, best director and best writer for the last Sayembara Theatre, organized by Singapore’s Cultural Medallion recipient, Nadiputra. My short fiction writing was also ranked as top 40 under a competition organized by Berita Harian. My students have been champions for competitions such as the National Story Challenge and the South West CDC Eco Skit Competition, while at the same time, earning themselves Distinction grading for Trinity Guildhall Examinations. Some of them have also ranked second and third for PESA [Plain English-Speaking Award]. In the recent Young Author’s Award Ceremony, my students have also proved that they are just as good in writing, having won 3rd place for the nationwide writing competition. Last year, I have also completed my residency with Jeffrey Tan at Brunswick Mechanics Institute, Australia, in December 2019.
