After many years of experience as a journalist, I moved agency-side in 2014 to create the launch content for Sainsbury's editorial platform Homemade, before moving on to lead the content strategy for Tesco, Unilever and more as a Senior Content Strategist at Zone Digital (where my official title was Senior Brand Editor). During this time I helped Persil create their biggest social media campaign for a decade and transformed Tesco's brand reputation following the horsemeat scandal. Under my direction, my award-winning team of copywriters and I created a wealth of viral content for Tesco that gained positive press in the trade and consumer press. Since leaving Zone in 2017 I have become passionate about sustainable and ethical living – from flexible working through to innovations in eco-packaging and conscious consumerism.
