Junior Graphic Designer at a Hive Online, a creative agency where I my role was assisting the lead designer in creating various visual graphics for well known clients such as PepsiCo, Mars, Heineken and many more. This got me off to a great start in my career. After Hive, I moved between a couple of smaller jobs before settling at Motif Creative. This is where I really thrived and became a more well rounded, mature designer with some solid experience behind me. Working with a smaller team made up of a Managing Director, Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, Motion Designer and myself, I was able to learn a tremendous amount and hone my skills by paying close attention to those with more experience. At Motif I was more focused on the digital side of things, creating web designs for various businesses ranging in size and background; application designs for Medical Technology giants Medtronic, Abbott and Cardinal Health; as well as various other digital and print elements for a number of clients. After working for Motif for almost 2 years I decided I wanted to follow a personal ambition of mine, to travel. Specifically to the mountains, where I would have the freedom to Ski/Snowboard to my hearts content! After investing in some great hardware, and organising my time, I'm able to work as a dedicated remote freelancer, and build up an ongoing client base filled with great working relationships.
