DM-KD stands for [domestic-music] and Kata Dumur, who combined their styles and names to form a new band in 2013.

In 2014 DM-KD released the second single “Falling Down” and have been working on an album. “Falling Down” has been warmly acclaimed and described as "[…] electronic, dance and synthesizer sound with tight vocal, moody and minimal” – Sweet Machine
