David has worked in the Theatre, Television and Film industries for the past 20 years in major productions in the UK, USA, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Australia. Theatre: David has appeared in the West End production of Billy Elliot the Musical, playing the role of 'Mr Braithwaite' which was broadcast into cinemas across Europe and now available on DVD. A highlight was sharing the stage with Sting in his US tour of The Last Ship and doing the chat tv circuit appearing on the Jimmy Kimmel Late Show and the Late Late Show with James Corden. David has appeared in major productions of Jersey Boys which toured several venues worldwide and was lucky enough to spend 3 months in South Korea with Flashdance. Most recently, David toured the UK with Brian May and the cast of We Will Rock You covering and performing the roles of Khashogi and Sir Cliff Richard. Television: David recently appeared, and performed, on the most watched New Years Eve Gala TV show with CCTV with the cast of Jersey Boys, watched by 1/10th of the entire worlds population. David has also appeared on UK Television stations, featuring several times on 'The Last Leg' as a comedy actor for Channel 4. David played 'Constable Harris' in the 2nd season of the T-Boy Show on London Live and also hosting his own Theatre TV Chat Show, Stagey Live, in a 10 part season on Essex TV. David has worked several times with ITV on their ongoing series of Autopsy. Film: David's Short Film involvement is extensive with several projects traveling the globe in numerous film festivals. David worked closely with Oscar Award Winning Director Stephen Daldry in the Billy Elliot Live filming, playing the part of 'Mr Braithwaite'. Most recently David played the role of 'Barry' in the British film Hi-Lo Joe which was released in cinemas across the UK and is now available digitally across the UK & Europe. David has also stepped into the world of Voice Overs, voicing over 10 novels. The most recent include; - Private Sydney - Written by James Patterson - Only Thieves & Killers - Written by Paul Howarth - The Memory Artist - Written by Katherine Brabon David has also worked on several corporate projects, from recording instructions for online training manuals to audio commercials.
