Eddhi Cheq is one to watch. Born as Flávio Édipo Benoliel Feijó in Luanda, Angola, started his career in 2011 when he uploaded early material to soundcloud. The positive response to his Afro Tribal Instrumentals motivated him to develop a unique style of making house music, influenced by Angolan Classic Music, Soul Music, R&B and the sounds of nature. In 2013 Eddhi’s work attracted the attention of british DJs & Promoters and he was invited to make official remixes for Soul Deep Inc and Aluku Records, both labels based in UK. In the same year and November 11th he signed on another UK based label, DM Recordings established by D-Malice who supports Eddhi since the start of his carrer. Later on July 2014 DM Recordings releases Eddhi Cheq’s debut EP titled “Ardente” which was supported by some renowned artists such as Djeff Afrozila, Rancido, Jonny Miller, DJ Andy X and many more. The love for music led Eddhi to create his own movement called Mwango alongside his friend Miguel Lin. Mwango started its journey with an online podcasts series under the name of 30 Minutes Of Mwango, and it keeps moving forward as a Record Label.
