Raised by both of her parents with her father being from Liberia, a country in West Africa, and her mother being from St. Kitts, an island in the West Indes. She was exposed to multi-cultural influences that have shaped the Caribbean and to some degree Africa. Soon after graduating from high school, she moved to Georgia with her family in hopes of a better living. She briefly attended Clark Atlanta University but it wasnt long before she dropped out to chase her dreams of being a recording artist. Famatta worked restlessly to develop a sound that she felt express who she is and where she came from. She wanted to bring something diffrent to the world of music so she decided to fuse together her love for Afro Pop, Calypso, R&B, Trap Musik, and Hiphop music. Wanting to learn as much as possible she interned at Atlanta's 107.9 and worked as a promo tour manager at Capitol Records in Los Angeles. But things were still a challenge and once she realized how complicated the music business can be she finally decided to start Wild Life Nation and fund her own projects with the first mixtape being titled "IM READY". Famatta desribes her genre and style of music as an American, Hiphop, R&B African and Virgin Island foursome. Her goal is to gather a Worldwide following and has a catch phrase she commonly uses: "WILDDDLIFEEE!!! GOT MY TRIBE WITH ME". And on a more personal level she hopes to become a Wife, a Mother, an Entreprenuer and an Entertainer that people will remember for many years even long after she's gone.
