Milton "FrassOut" Foster
Entrepreneur Milton “FrassOut” Foster, who lives by the motto ‘Rich Is Rite’, is a native St. Catherine, Jamaica. He spent most of his younger days in the nation’s capital, Kingston, and is an alumni of Calabar High School.
Ever since a lad, FrassOut was fond of music but never took it serious until 2011. He partnered with French producers, 4 Roads, to release his first official production, “Hot Punnany Riddim”, in April 2012.

FrassOut collaborated with Raggedy Production to produce Crush Time Riddim, which featured various artists such as Savage, Dwayno, and Tenza - just to name a few. Crush Time Riddim was released August of 2012 under Johnny Wonder’s 21st Hapilos Digital Music Distribution Company.
He is the CEO of FrassOut Family, a multimedia music production company. His job roles include, but is not limited to producing, managing, and public relations.
He has done PR work for upcoming artist, Flash Raggedy, and now manages Gaza Maxwell, former member of Portmore Empire, and Invaydah, talented writer for Reggae Star I-Octane and member of Black Roots Camp which was founded by Sugar Minott. Singles from both artists are receiving massive airplay overseas in regions including USA, Belize, Spain, Germany, UK, Holland, France, Poland, Africa, Sweden, etc.
