The Co-Op launched a 'Help and Advice' section last year, offering support to people who had lost loved ones.
As a result, a high volume of content was required on a number of topics such as, 'What happens to social media accounts after somebody passes away?'.
I was briefed to create helpful guides which would provide information in a soft and mindful way, as to not upset a reader.
The tone of voice was critical as was the language which I had to use.
