The international bank, Standard Chartered, required a number of options for emails which they planned to send to customers all over the world. I was briefed to create headlines, email subjects and hashtags in order to drive engagement. The bank had very strict branding guidelines when it came to tone of voice, meaning a high level of understanding was required to create content which was 'on brand', impactful and creative.
