Art, of all types, has always been a passion of mine, but I have found my most recent passion in graphic design. I am proficient in the adobe suits, but primarily work in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. I work best in Illustrator creating vector art, which also happens to be my favorite of the three. I am most influenced to create through research of a given topic, be it a person, place, thing, or time. Diving further into a topic’s identity peaks my greatest curiosity, making the activity of creating the most enjoyable for me. I am capable of working in any style or form, and enjoy doing so whenever the chance arises, since I often seek a good challenge. After all, challenges keep life from getting boring. I plan on adding a second concentration to my studies (most likely lithography or photography) but I have yet to decide on which one. I am happy to say that I will have much more graphic design work to display in the coming year. Just as a regular person (if you can call me normal) I love classic video games. Pokemon, Donkey Kong and Mario are my favorites. I am a neat freak, and stay organized as much as I am able to. I am very active, and own a Siberian husky that enjoys being active with me :) I love, love, love metal music, but specifically Folk and viking metal. My favorites include Korpiklaani, Ensiferum, and Finntroll (who I've met!). I also enjoy creating costumes for cosplay, and have been successful in it so far. I look ford to Wizard world's Minneapolis comic con every year, and hope to attend more around the state in years to come! Though I don't have many close friends, I am a very congenial person, and get along with everyone. I have a boyfriend that I very much love, and who supports me in all of my ambitions. We have been together for 6 years (marriage after school!). and we look forward to many more!
