I would have liked to tell you that I was born in a lost moor of Budapest, in an old mansion of dark bricks, where my inspiration would come from the gloomy and mysterious mountainous landscapes, my passion for art comes from my Aunt Odlava, a good fortune teller and witch, and I started drawing by copying strange engravings from my witchcraft books.
But no. I am just a French guy born in the mid-80s and has been rocked by Disney, Japanese animations, comic-books and Back to the Future’s Hoverboard.
My work is a mixture of all these elements, that I try to make graphic, elegant, colorful and fun.
Graduated from a school of design, I quickly created my universe through my own character Hell Strawberry, influenced mainly by the Mexican Day of the Dead, combining perfectly the glee and the macabre.
Since, I was involved in many projects of illustrations, comic books, kid books and exhibitions. Projects are presented to international comicbook festival of Angouleme(France), London and New York Comic Con.
I can not tell you more about me, I have to go, to take my cup of earl grey tea, write my memoirs with black ink, and listening the sound of crows and “Let it Go”.
