My approach consists of three phases. 1.Discovery 2.Conceptualization 3.Protoyping & Testing I am combining the human center design and design thinking approach to deliver the best experience. Following simple design principles during the concept phase, we are about to create a harmonic design and during the discovery phase, we are going to learn and understand what user's needs are, having business goals in mind as well.
