My main goal is to build ah Promotional/Record label to be establish in Fall River & Boston Ma, an in Trinidad in which my family is from and the kind of music I do is Reggae/Pop an Reggae/Hip-Hop I pick-up where the greats had left off like Shabba Rankz, Cutty Rankz, an Mad Lion and then I mix it with ah Jodey Watley style. Her stage name is D’Neen and she is the first one to sign to the Promotional side of the business The name of this company is (King Culture Ent/ King Culture Foundation) I first started off as ah Selector (That means “DJ”) an created my own sound name, it was called “Culture S.T.A.R” that was in 91, and I played on the radio with my cousin Michael On station 88.1fm with selector “Bogos” that went on for 3yrs and in 94, I switch the name to King Culture Sound (KCS) an I went on to be the number 1 mix tape selector in Bunker Hill College in 96, and I had my own show on the College Radio station called “Culture Tyme” . In the year of 96, I written my first song call “Honk Yah Horn” this was my first Soca tune an I performed it at the Bunker Hill Talent Show an came in second place, and from that point I started write my own songs to have other people performed them. I written songs for local Rappers, Singers, and Reggae Artists an even songs for myself but never persuade them I wanted to build ah Company first but use other Artists not just myself. It wasn’t until 05 when the last Artists I was working with did not had the same passion that I had to see him grow and that is when I decided to work on my own an build up King Culture and that’s when I drop the Sound at the end and added the Ent. Now it’s 2012 an I written up to 150 different songs an different styles of singing and Reggae to go beyond the table of music that is happen now, I met D’Neen in 2007 and I am the main songwriter for her an I arrange her songs that we work on together an on her own, the songs we did together was “What’s It Gonna Be”, and “Boy” and the new tune called “Holla At Me”. “Let Mi Kno” was sung by another Artists name “Sweet Tea”. The next song I am working on now is “Give It Up” and “One More Tyme” is my own song an “Change My Mind” was written an arrange by me for D’Neen Right now I just want ah Record or Distribution deal so I can grow King Culture Ent to be the Label for true Fall River and West Indies Artists
