In the meantime, the third generation has been running the business for almost 100 years. The company is well positioned in terms of craftsmanship and technology and lives successfully from word-of-mouth publicity. Now it is a matter of making the company fit for the future in its external perception as well. The challenge for us: the development of a synergetic umbrella brand concept that unites the two independent business segments of the same name, timber construction and architecture, strategically and in terms of content, but not economically and formally.
