Gathered around saxophone player and composer Julien Vrigneau, did the Lunch Noazh musicians choose folk or funk ? Pop or jazz ? It’s not a question of compromise, but of synthesis of all these universes.
Just as wrapping oneself in multiple clothes only glorifies natural beauty, Lunch Noazh’s eclectic, multi-shaded approach carries you away with original compositions written and sung in Breton, while bring in the spotlight improvisation, rich celtic harp and cello voices textures, a generous emotion of the voice, and the deep, carnal expression of instrumental music. A universe where romance embraces impulse and vice versa.
Lunch Noazh will carry all audiences in a boundless voyage.
After having won the Taol-Lañs and a first 4-titles EP nominated for Prizioù (Brittany region) in 2013, Lunch Noazh presents in 2014 their first album : “Breudeur ha c’hoarezed” (Brothers and sisters), 11 titles with the warmth of a fresh and universal music, Grand prix of the disc Product in Brittany 2015.
