My name is David Merkley. I am a graphic designer and illustrator from Fort Collins, Colorado. I love doing graphic design, but I am an illustrator at heart. Therefore, I love to incorporate illustrations into my designs. I am a creative thinker and I know the importance of hard work. This doesn't mean that I don't know how to have fun, though. I enjoy learning new tips and tricks, and hearing feed back about my work. I’ve learned so much yet still have more to learn. This is why getting feed back from other peers in my field, and even my clients, is incredibly useful and important to me. Some of my hobbies are art (obviously), playing baseball and tennis, hiking, listening to music (anything but country), watching Netflix and playing some awesome video games. I love surrounding myself with creativity to get my creative juices flowing. I enjoy listening to music or watching shows and movies to help bring about creative ideas.
