Mr. Frosti, born in Hinesville, Georgia and raised around the world, is an up and coming rap artist from Austin, TX. He believes that the only motivation he needs is his love for music. Some of his influences include his parents, first and foremost, his mentor Adio Sutton, and artists such as Kanye West, Andre 3000, J. Cole, and Kendrick Lamar. Around the age of 8, Frosti’s interest in music began. At first he was just wanted to learn how to play piano, and then he met his uncle, a beat maker. After seeing what his uncle could do, Frosti decided he wanted to start making beats as well and did so all through his middle school career. The summer before his freshman year of high school in 2008, Frosti heard rap music for the first time in his life; The Carter III by Lil Wayne. From that moment on he started writing to the beats he made. Now, Frosti continues to develop and master his craft of rapping and makes it a point to help others progress as well. Mr. Frosti’s future goal is to eventually manage his own record label and help artists make money doing something that they love. On top of rapping, Frosti also engineers and produces other artists. Overall he feels that his love and dedication towards music will bring him to wherever he needs to be, even if that means he’ll never be famous.
