Brent Parker
Brent “PLUTO” Parker is a recording artist and professional theatrical actor on the rise. A native of Mobile, Alabama, who began His Journey in the Business of Music at an early age. At the age of 10, he landed a spot as a drummer and percussion player in a local band (The Bay City Brass Band). Performing in front of thousands of people via parades,weddings,balls,parties,funerals,schools, and multiple other functions. This perpared him for his up and coming dreams of being an artist. By the 6th grade he began adding words to the sound of music, freestyling to about his lifestyle and situations his family encountered. By the 12th Grade, his style became more realistic and he began to write songs and perform at local open mics & talent shows. After high school, he joined the military (U.S Navy) where he resided for 4 years, meeting a host of people and traveling the world, also performing in front of a host of different nationalities in different countries. Pluto has performed on board the USS Bataan on multiple concerts as well as other shows in Countries such as Dubai and Bahrain, also been on Slip-n-Slide Record’s “SNS on da Grind” and in Makin’ IT Magazine’s Hip Hop (B.E.T) Awards Magazine in Atlanta. In spite of a devastating moment in his life, where his mother was incarcerated and confined to a 8yr sentence in Federal Penatentiary in 2009, Pluto still strived to make her proud and be an role model for his younger sibilings. As an actor, Brent “Pluto” Parker has acted in several theatrical projects including Shelley Garrett’s production of Mark Hunter’s “Mama Are There Any Good Men Left” starring Cuba Gooding Sr. His film work includes a fight scene with actor Jason Patric in Bruce Willis’ film, “The Prince,” which also starred 50cent, Jessica lowndes, John Cusack, south Korean actor Rain.
