Vision: My vision is to find young artists who are talented and help them excel in the music industry,most of these artists can’t afford to hire or pay for big studios and often they don’t have the right equipment needed for their small production. Many young adults have a passion for the music industry and combined with talent I would like to heighten their passion for this and push them to become the best they can be. I hope to find young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds and create a better future for them and their families. I know that a hard beginning usually means an easy finish and I know that the road forth might not be easy but through hard work and dedication I foresee a bright future for the youth of today Mission: My mission is to make these young artists explore their dreams andexpandtheir field of knowledge in music, by providing them with the right facilities,quality music and equipment. I want to get the youth off the streets and give them a better opportunity in the music industry. Iwould like to focus on their strengths, passion and bring it out in their music. Most of them make their music in their back yards or in their rooms and I would like to give them the chance to be exposed to the public and become a success. Idea: My idea is takethe artist into my production, produce their records and try my best to make their dreams come true! I want Cape Town to be known for its great talent and artists from different cultures. Workingwith different cultures will allow me to work with different types of music and give me the opportunity to improve my skills. My dream is to perform and record gospel, house,reggae etc. and use different kinds of languages to bring out that culture to make it more strong and personal. The idea is to be proud of who you are and your talents,because if you can dream, why not dream big and live out that dream! Goal My goal is to give the youth of today that has the talent, voice and the right attitude the opportunity tolive their dream with passion.I want to give them the opportunitythattheywere always waiting for. I want to provide them with the right equipment and give them the tools that’s needed!We have so much talent around us,but we do not always see or take note off it.
