Stella Payton is principal of Making People Priority Consulting Group. Over the past (25) years, she has worked with Apple Computer, Nordstrom, FedEx / Kinko’s, VISTA, National Corporation for Service, P-B Health Home Care Agency Inc., The City of Los Angeles, Head Start, KCET Los Angeles Public Television, TurboTax, Child Fund, Memphis Public Schools and many others.
Her experience in training and development is extensive. She regularly facilitates classes in strategic planning, customer service, business excellence and career/life mapping. She is creator of the national customer service training program The Customer Service Academy. ™ And Think Tank Jr. Entrepreneurs an education program teaching middle / high school student career and business skills.
In addition to providing training resources for corporations, she develops resources for faith based and non-profit agencies in areas like the service of ministry, and life style evangelism. Stella is also a fully licensed financial services representative. She develops instructional education resources that teach fundamental family financial principles. Ministry clients include organizations like Faithful Central Bible Church of Los Angeles, Spirit of Faith Christian Center of Baltimore, MD, West Point MBC of Hattiesburg MS, Oasis of Hope / Hope Church Memphis, TN and many others.
Stella is a regular guest on media talk shows and is a frequent speaker at professional and church conferences. Her articles have appeared in publications such as Family Times Magazine, and The Los Angeles Times.
