The Three Five One (“Come on’s” by Laurie Webb) All the gods were laying odds On the three five one. While the humans sat deluded And the bloody red sun Burned away the underlay As they loaded up their guns All bound for Mirror Town On the three five one. She said I hate it when it's windy That's when the witches come around They search for what's within me I listen for the sound. When the dogs go up the valley And the dogma comes back down All the children stare blankly When the witches come around. The grey dusk drops down thickly Leaving dust on our tongues. The land drains off so quickly Where the dark rivers run. Far off phantoms flicker briefly To say the warfare has begun The pilgrims sing so sweetly, The psalm of the three five one. #audio #All like that
