Growing up in a family of six, it was always obvious to Tim that he was the strange one. After falling from a flight of stairs and hitting his head on some bricks as a child, he became fascinated with the idea of pretending to be someone you’re not for a living. He was introduced to acting by a father who had been in many plays, and intuitively understood comedy from an early age. The first time he found himself on a stage was in school at age six in a production of “The Three Little Pigs”, holding a large piece of cardboard with a large hole representing one wall of the ill-fated “house of sticks”. Tim thought to himself that if he let the wall fall towards him and he ducked down the window would go over him like a Charlie Chaplin film. So he let it go …and it did.
