Clowdy wins the UK Creative Business Cup

As we may have mentioned, we were recently nominated for the UK leg of the Creative Business Cup. Now we can reveal that we’ve only gone and won it!

Stuart headed down to That London to make his pitch earlier in the week, prevailing over some really tough competition to win over the panel of judges. This means Clowdy will get the chance to represent the UK in the international event, which is taking place in November of this year.

We’d like to offer our commiserations to the other start-ups involved, all of whom had intriguing propositions which we hope will continue to develop.

We’d also like to thank the judges – Caroline Norbury of Creative England, Jeremy Silver of the Technology Strategy Board, Dan’l Hewitt of Maker Studios and Neil Allcock of Deloitte.

In what’s set to be an exciting year for Clowdy, we’re delighted that such an experienced panel expressed its faith in our aims and ambitions.

Ahead of the finals in Copenhagen, plans are afoot to add even more features to the site and ensure that users and creators get the best service possible from our platform.
