Introducing Pitches

When your Twine account is humming along with lots of projects (and we hope it is!) you might have found that your inbox gets crowded pretty quickly. The volume of messages can get overwhelming, making it difficult to find the perfect person to work with.

Today we’ve added a new pitching system to solve this and make it as easy as possible for you to find creatives to work with on your projects. Here’s how it works.

To pitch for a project, click the ‘Pitch’ button on a project brief and write your pitch. Make sure you explain why you’d be the perfect candidate and why they should hire you. You can then take it easy as it’s all in the hands of the person hiring to choose whether they want to work with you or not.

For creatives that are hiring, there’s now a page to manage all of your project briefs. To find it, click on the profile pic in the top right and select ‘Manage project briefs’ from the dropdown menu. Here, you can track the status of your briefs. To see all the pitches you’ve received, click on the ‘View Brief’ button. You can reply to any of the pitches and choose which ones you want to accept or decline.

We hope this update makes it easy for you to be in complete control of all your projects and helps you find even more amazing creative opportunities!

Keep your eyes peeled because we’ll be introducing more exciting features over the next few months. Watch this space…
