Fernando Ribeiro has been working as a creative strategist for over 12 years now on local, regional and global accounts including Coca-Cola, Powerade, Burger King, KFC, Spotify, UBER and SONY.
Before joining 72andSunny Amsterdam by the end of 2017, he spent a couple of years at BBH London, and another three as Head of Planning at DAVID. At the latter, he worked across its three offices – São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Miami, and won 14 Cannes Lions including 4 Gold Lions for Burger King’s Proud Whopper.
Through his career he has developed brand strategies including Burger King’s “Be Your Way”, Powerade’s “The Power of Love”, Spotify’s “Music Made Personal”, and more recently Uber’s “Where To?”.
In 2015, he ranked 4th Planning Director in the world in The Director Big Won Rankings.
Apart from working in ad agencies, he’s studied Arts since he was 18 years old, from Acting to Screenplay writing to Curating. His day to day life is shared with his wife Laura.
