Sadie
Omaha, United States

Hello, I'm Sadie and I'm a 15-year-old digital illustrator based in Omaha NE. I use Krita and adobe photoshop to draw 2D digital paintings. I've only ever drawn for fun but I have drawn for school projects, this doesn't mean that I don't have experience though. all of this drawing in my own time has to lead to me developing the skills needed and understanding the elements that balance and art piece. I can draw face, landscapes, and objects as well. My art style is not photorealism, it's more sketchy and open than that, I don't know the name for I, it's just a style. I'm still in school but my hours are not less than some who do this full time, my weekends are free and I can easily work during and after school. the only issue is that I can't work for 3hours straight, cloc in clock out except for on weekends, but I can do 3hours spread out into 40-60 minute increments throughout the day in order to fit my schedule. this will not affect my hours though nor the amount of time it takes me to complete a project. Instagram (has more info on certain artwork) - @atttemptingart **Day rate** $150 - 300 **Employment and project experience** _2019_ - published in the Apollo newspaper with a personal interview (school magazine) _2019_ - Still Life school project of Tamoles (in portfolio) _2019_ - Published in Celebrating Artbook _2018_ - Won Honorable Mention in Scholastic Art Awards **Qualifications and education** _ 3 Highschool courses in various Digital Art and Illustration classes _personal projects and learning from experience

About illustrators

An illustrator is a visual artist who creates drawings and illustrations for use in advertisements, books, magazines, packaging, greetings cards, clothing design and newspapers. The possibilities for your business are endless - illustrations are the perfect finishing touch to your graphic design, while illustrated infographics are proven to be far more engaging than plain text. Plus, illustration has the benefit that the only thing limiting you is your imagination - if you want a dragon you can have a dragon.

The types of work illustrators are hired for is extremely varied. Illustrators are hired for projects ranging from editorial, fashion, storyboard, technical and book illustration. Although illustrators are flexible in the kinds of projects they take on, they usually specialise in a particular style. These include traditional styles like pencils, pens, watercolour and pastels, as well as digital art made using software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Often, a project might require both, with sketches first drawn up by hand and colouring then completed digitally.

On Twine, you'll find talented professional illustrators with a wide variety of experience in a range of industries and mediums. So whether you want a sketch for your next fashion collection or a cover for your new novel, you can find illustrators to make it happen on Twine.
