Javenscale is welcoming of new projects, especially Church projects. Javenscale is a self taught musician with quite a few years experience, he started his musical carreer in the hey day of punk and soaked up the musical influences of the following decades, including the "oldies but goldies" radio stations catering for the sounds of the 1950's-70's. Javenscale has many musical interests ranging from guitar based music through to new wave electronica and beyond with his Jazz and Orchestral pieces, javenscale excels at the quirky and slightly indefinable genre qualities that mark out the great geniuses of music, although he may not be a genius like all musicians he likes to make a point and that usually means not following the usual rules, the piece or the project define what is acceptable, the genre just affects how you percieve it. Javenscale also writes under the name of Abbafire, some of his work is available on soundcloud. Javenscale also does work in the visual arts.

Twitter @IamSketchy1 SoundclI'm 18 and I currently live in Leicester. I started playing instruments when I was 5 years old (Trumpet) and I've had an interest since then. I've also taught myself how to play the piano, I've been playing that for 4 years now. I have been intrigued by producing since the age of 13 and I only recently took it up to do it. I have different styles of beats and I'm very versatile. So if you have any enquiries, feel free to contact me, I'm sure we could sort something out:

Charlie Kirby is a former student at Falmouth University, Cornwall, who studied BA Popular Music and has recently moved to Nottingham to begin working on building his own recording studio. Over the three years of his studies, Charlie has gained valuable knowledge on song writing, the music industry, and production. He specialises in electronic music, but has worked on projects with genres featuring pop, alternative and rock. Coming to university as an acoustic singer/songwriter, Charlie developed an interest in music recording and production, and released his first single in June 2014, One Track Mind. He has gone on to self release an EP, Mizpah, and his first album, Clouded Mind. He has also been part of collaborative work with fellow students and producers across the pond in LA. Charlie has found that production is the area he wants to focus on within the music industry and has taken the steps to open his own studio, and offer online mixing/mastering services. These services do not have to be attended in person, and constant email support will be available. Whether you have recorded your music at home, in a studio, outside, whatever environment, Charlie will be able to make your mixes sound crisp and powerful, for an affordable rate. Projects can be sent via email or the post, and mixes will be sent with security beeps before payment. That way, no payment has to be sent untill you are 100% satisfied.

My name is Michael, I am a singer, songwriter, instrumentalist and music producer based in Leicestershire, UK. It is my goal to help others get creative by sharing the knowledge and equipment I have built up through twenty years of writing and recording music. I have spent time and countless hours overcoming the typical challenges that most new music producers are faced with; muddy mixes, loose low end, quiet vocals and weak snare drums! I never gave up, and on each occasion spent the time and did the research, not only to correct the problem, but more importantly to understand why and how to fix it. My creativity and audio productions thrive on the understanding of tools and techniques such as gain staging, dynamic compression, transient shaping, phase alignment and much more. I have upgraded my computer software and audio hardware at a steady pace over the years of my creative journey starting with midi synthesizers, samplers, cassette tapes and CDs, to the latest 64bit DAWs and audio hardware from RME, Roland, Yamaha and KRK. I primarily use Cubase but I have also worked with Logic, Reason, Reaper, Sound Forge and Audacity along with a whole host of VST plug-ins and instruments, most recently investing in the Native Instruments Komplete package adding circa. 70,000 library sounds and patches to my inventory. As well as writing and recording my own music I have had the opportunity to produce for a number of artists nationwide and internationally which has led to some great collaborations. My portfolio of projects includes my own music on BBC Radio 1’s “One Music” show, a remix I produced for a female solo artist on BBC Radio 1’s “In New Music We Trust”, a live performance on the line up with UK chart group Republica as well as sound design and audio production for stages at Glastonbury Music Festival. I am interested in all genres of music and have a wide range of influences. My own styles range from Indie and Acoustic music to EDM, Dance, Drum and Bass and many other Electronic sub genres. I give every project my full and undivided dedication and will always go the extra mile to achieve high standards and professional quality. I am ready to help anyone who needs assistance with music production, sound design, mixing and mastering, writing, arranging, lyrics and anything else audio and music related.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a music producer?

Great question!

Music producers are essentially project managers for recording-based projects. They work directly with the artist to navigate the recording process and ensure the finished recording is the best it can possibly be.

A producer’s duties will typically include:

  • Planning all logistical aspects of the recording process
  • Serving as the middleman between the artist & engineer
  • Coaching the artist to perform at their very best
  • Making suggestions to the arrangement & song structure

Many freelance music producers are also well-versed in other relevant skills, such as:

  • Engineering
  • Mixing
  • Mastering
  • Songwriting

Therefore, if you’re looking for an all-encompassing production process, be sure to include any additional skills you require in your project brief.

When hiring a creative, be sure to get a full overview of the videographer’s skills to determine whether or not you’ll need to hire additional personnel for your project (such as a director or a post-production engineer).

Why hire a music producer?

Here’s the deal:

After spending a significant amount of time writing a track from scratch… becomes impossible to hear it from an audience perspective.

Similarly, if you’re focussed on the logistical and technical aspects of the recording process…

...this can pull you out of the creative headspace you need to be in to produce a top-quality product.

A freelance music producer serves as a fresh set of ears on your track, providing the necessary guidance to take things from demo-level to a commercially-viable product.

With a producer handling the logistics, you’re able to focus solely on being the music, leading to a better-quality performance.

What are you waiting for?

Post a job on Twine now and be matched with a wide range of high quality music producers for hire in a matter of hours.
