My name is Jonathan Ward also known as J.D Venom I am a positive music artist from Chicago Illinois. I am currently working on my mixtape called Got Big Dreams which is a follow up to my new mixtape that show other they can make it anywhere long as that have a dream. I have not picked a release date for the project everything is still in the works. I grew up listening to a lot of Bone Thug and temptation but as I research on music I started to listen to Andre 3000, Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Big Sean and J. Cole. That is really the only artists I listen to consistently I loved the way they tell stories and connected with his fans. Most people don’t know: I am a multitasker. Film Making is my drug, my therapy. Films was always my first image in life even when a little kid. My styles been compared to: I have had people telling me that I am similar to Chance The Rapper and Lil B in a way but other than that I have not been compared I was told that I stand out because I am a positive artist and mixing my music with other type of Genre. My Goal in Hip- Hop Is: I want to be the voice of solution to my generation I want to show the world that by listening to my music can solve problems. I want to connect with my supporters I want to speak for the ones that don’t know what to do in certain situations. I’m going New: I’m going New music solution to problems in realty because the game is lacking truth it’s a lot of artist are in it for the wrong reason some want money and fame but me I just want to save lives and show people that is maybe lost and don’t know what to do that they are not alone.
