Throughout this process I ask as many questions as possible, brainstorm incessantly, and pore through internal and external research and resources to ensure my understanding of the customer base. I adapt quickly and deliver strong creative concepts and strategies.
I’ve also spent many years onstage as an actor, director, and singer - I love working with diverse groups huddled around a common goal. At work, I value humour, fresh big-picture thinking, and empathy.
