I am an experienced web designer who also works occasionally as a graphic designer and photographer and am obsessive about music, and as well as performing live at many events including festivals and a European tour, have recently created music for computer games. I grew up in an artistic family, studied Fine Art all the way to degree level and then got into computers, did a short course in website design and landed a job designing and building pages for a major fashion company. This lead to a 15 year career in designing and building websites, both permanent and freelance. Then 5 years ago I took a career break to look after my two amazing children. In this time I did up a house, became a handyman in my spare time and carried on making music, taking photos, and while I learnt how to use Wordpress websites, and build several websites with this, my other web development skills haven't kept up with the latest developments, so I'm looking primarily at design work (while training myself back up to speed). I have of course gained excellent people management skills, especially with little people. My day rate is very low while I get back into work. Take advantage of this!
