I have worked as a freelance designer for the past 5 years doing work for clients in various industries including agriculture, fashion/retail, entertainment, and pet care. These clients have helped me to build a portfolio of work ranging from graphic and web design to motion graphics, animation, audio production, and videography.
Prince George’s African American Museum & Cultural Center

January 2019 to July 2019
Most recently, I did branding/marketing work for the Prince George’s African American Museum (PGAAMCC) in North Brentwood, MD. During my time there, I worked closely with the Museum’s director and coordinators to develop branding packages, design promotional materials, and design/produce merchandise for events, festivals, and exhibits held by the museum and at the museum. I also designed and co-curated PGAAMCC’s version of the Protest Garden Exhibit which is currently on display.

In 2017, I co-designed (with fellow designer Cristian Griffin) the marketing materials, “swag bags” (t-shirts, press badges, keychains, water bottles, notebooks, pens, etc), stage graphics, motion graphics and logo for a TEDx event at the University of Baltimore. I also assisted the director and videographer in filming the promotional video/commercial and scored the music for the video as well.

I was responsible for designing online promotional materials, marketing pamphlets, branding, merchandise, and exhibits for PGAAMCC and museum affiliates located in New York and New Jersey. Over the past six months, I have designed dozens of flyers, logos, text panels, exhibit books, and gift shop items. I have also filmed and edited event recap videos as well as designed and screen printed t-shirts.
