i want to make a educational/simulation game about ants and insects

my goal is to create a fun and immersive game/simulation that shows people what different types of ants do and how they survive in giant colonies
What’s your main source of inspiration / examples?
my main source of inspiration is entomology as i will be going to study it in college and university

i am a very picky when it comes to how things look and have been known to change my mind on certain things through out the project, if this doesn’t interest you i can understand, i tend to be a very hands off person when it comes to programming and coding for the Ai and npcs in the game,

my target audience is from 13-20 years old

their is no deadline and i encourage people to work on it for as long as they need
What’s your budget - are you flexible?
my current budget sits at £25 but i am willing to extend it once i have a stable income
