Surprise Wedding Proposal in Milano

I am Giorgio, an engineer Scuba Diver.
I am looking to hire a talented photographer with good equipement who has experience in covert photography for a surprise wedding proposal I am planning for my girlfriend in Milano.
The proposal will happen either September 22 or 23 and the location is still unclear (Your recommendations are highly appreciated and encouraged).
I really want that dreamy proposal shot. I trust, being the creative minds that you are, you understood me perfectly when I said this. It’s that blurry background with nice angle and rich colors type deal. She would love it if we had a good picture, probably more than the ring.
