Mobile RPG

Looking for a game developer/programmer to help me create a mobile rpg game that includes the ability to play on wifi and or Bluetooth with friends or other people as well. I’ve been using unity currently and I’ve purchased the majority of the artwork/creation assets for the game I really just need a lot of help with the UI, controls, and programming for it. Id like the game to start off with 1 character, and then every few player levels you are granted the ability to create a second character, then a third, fourth, etc, up to maybe 10 or 20 if possible. Id like these characters to have AI to be able to fight/grind by themselves if the player wanted to play solo, or also be used in a group if the player wanted to fight large monsters or bosses or do a raid style encounter. The basic idea behind the game is to be able to do large scale raids like in mmorpgs but with the ability to do them all by yourself or with a few friends while the AI characters you have created join you.
