Recruitment website

We’re looking to create a website for a recruitment agency that appeals to both candidates and to employers and that ties in with their back-end system (bullhorn).

Functionality for candidates to include:
• Registration, sign in and account/profile management
• Social login/registration
• CV submission or CV creation
• Job search and filtering
• Save searches
• Social sharing for jobs

Functionality for employers to include:
• Registration, sign in and account/profile management
• Job submission (emailed to agency staff to review, not automatically added to any system)

Additionally, there will be pages sections relating to:
• Candidate resources and blogs (CV writing tips, how to videos, linkedin profile advice, etc)
• Client resources and blogs (how to retain talent, etc)
• Working for the agency (to encourage people to apply / work for the agency itself)

Client has requested that the site is built in WordPress.
