Freelance Audio Producer
Queens Council on the Arts is seeking an audio producer to help record and produce two 30 minute podcasts about an art program we offer called the Artist Commissioning Program. We are able to offer $400/an episode, each of which constitutes a 1-hour recording session and subsequent editing.
Must be based in NYC, and have audio equipment for recording interviews, and be available to record the first interview May 11th at 11am in Manhattan, and the second on Tuesday, May 15th on at 3:30 in Astoria, Queens.
The Program Manager will provide a detailed outline specifying order and content; the audio producer will be responsible for taking a detail-oriented approach to compiling, editing and correcting audio levels.
The first podcast will be due the week of May 28, and the second June 26, giving the audio producer enough time to complete the work.
