Woocommercer and plugins integration

I hope you are well

I have a project that is about finish now, what is missing and hence why I am coming to you today is for the e-commerce part. woocommerce is iinstalled but the user account pages and billing functionalities have not been integrated yet. All the HTML templates have been developed I guess the missing piece is integrating them.
Partly Integrated:

• Choose your plan
• Choose from Library
• Orders
• Order-details

Not integrated:

• My Account
• Cart
• Order details
• Payment Method
• Setting add payment
• edit shipping details

I am open to go whichever way is the most cost efficient and easiest to manage going forward so what I was thinking is:

• integrate the user account and recurring billing functionalities by using Chargebee which offers a ready made solution to handle all of the functionalities and a robust API with stripe
• integrate with stripe and use stripe API to build the functionalities
• Any suggestions that you might have whether through using pre built plugins ( I will pay for them) or building it all, keeping in mind that the goal is to launch the website as soon as possible whilst keeping upfront cost low.

Though as I alluded to the HTML for all of them is already completed it’s just a matter of integration now.
