Co-writer needed for COMMERCIAL country song

First of all, I am NOT looking for someone who is looking to do a one off cash grab songwriting deal. I am look to establish RELATIONSHIPS primarily and because of time limitations, I am trying to do that through hiring someone to work with me…but I require my co-writer to be as vested in the process and finished song as if they were writing it for themselves trying to write something commercial and quality enough to have potential to be cut.

the song will be credited 50/50 across the board as equal contribution.

I have been writing songs since I was a teen and am now 45. I have never written country before and have just recently written my first country song as a co-write with a guy in Nashville. I want to write more. I am primarily a lyric writer. But I am looking for someone that can “do it all” so to speak.

If you are looking to just write a song, collect some cash and move on…please pass this by. Again, I am looking for relationships and creative partnerships where we are both equally vested in the project.
