Producer Management for BMW project in New York, Detroit and Mexico City

We are looking for help for a really short notice rock’n’roll project for BMW. … ;)

To keep it short:

• The Project is a virtual Launch of a car for BMW
• We will drive through different cities all over the world and will have a projection out of a car onto the walls showing the new car of BMW
• Cities: Munich, London, Oslo, Hongkong, Mexico City, Detroit, New York
• for New York and Detroit and Mexico we do not have a fix partner yet

We are looking for someone who could help us as a project manager an all three cities (best case). To organize a small team for us and the shoot for us.
Budget wise we are super limited so we won’t be able to to let one team travel from city to city. So we would have to find in each city a partner or small service crew.

The budget for each city is about 9258 Dollar.
