Owing to continued growth, project wins and our exciting plans for further growth, we are looking to extend our talent pool of freelance Motion Graphic Designer(s) to design high-end motion graphics for museum digital exhibits.

With a background in design you will use your skills to deliver motion graphics creatively to brief and work collaboratively within the team to ensure we are providing the best possible creative execution.

THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

• Ability to conceptualise, visualise and motion design solutions to a high standard against tight deadlines
• Exceptional skills in design, motion graphics, editing, compositing and 2.5D design
• Excellent typographical and layout skills with an eye for kinetic typography, composition, colour and fonts
• Fluent in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator - essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• A clear client / visitor focus
• Self motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to cope well under pressure, deliver to deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English required
• Industry experience working with museums or heritage projects and clients would be desirable, but is not essential

LOCATION
It is not anticipated that you work in our York offices but the flexibility to do this may be useful - the ability to commute to York is desirable but not essential.
