Daytime launch event in Ashford, UK

A photographer is needed for 3 hours on Thursday 15th November between 10-1pm. This is for a new site launch in Ashford, Kent, UK. We will be having the Mayor will come for ribbon cutting event along with key customers. We want this to be documented with some great photography for PR / marketing.
