Manchester based front end developer required for animated interactive experience

We need to hire a front end developer for a project to turn an existing animation into an interactive experience (will probably need HTML5 animation for the character we want to use).

We have a storyboard that we can send over that contains instructions for all the animations and interactivity that we will require.

The requirements are:

 To create an interactive web journey (based on the existing journey for the animated video we have). Imagine the coolest most super duper amazing Prezi you’ve ever seen where you can navigate through the presentation.

 Use the supplied graphic elements (vector files)
 Cut up animation and make smaller presentations
 Use parts of the animation to lead to pages with more information about that part of the journey

 No member login needed for the project
 It will be hosted on the client’s servers so we’ll have to package the work and send across
 Potentially use HTML5 animated characters (maybe the character in the animation??) -
just there blinking, making sounds
 Would be cool to make people feel like they are actually interacting with the animation
 Concept: stepping stones (see video when character hops from section to section)
 Little animations between transitions - make it look like the web experience is alive
 Gamify the experience, keep the mind map experience, like a radar /map on a game
