Job Description:

We are seeking a Content Management Administrator to join our fast-paced, high-performance PBM Digital Content Management Product Team. Candidates must have a strong technology acumen, possess good organizational skills and exhibit strong written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate would also have experience administering, implementing and updating content within implemented web content management tools.

Job responsibilities include project implementation, requirements gathering, system administration, development of use cases, acting as a liaison between developers and users, assessing project readiness, software training and operational support of existing content management implementations. In addition, system testing, UAT testing, and facilitating UAT testing for non-digital business users.

Responsibilities for Content Management Administrator:
-Understanding of the technical architecture of CMS
-Analyze business needs and translate to requirements, and creation of lean processes; project implementations on CMS platform.
-Communicate internally with business product managers and IT developers and project team members.
-Partner with peers and IT resources, business representatives and platform users to execute the content needs.
-Key responsibilities include project management, scope creation and management, requirements gathering, data analysis, design document creation, communication with internal IT resources for production support and troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
-Performs CMS software administration tasks on behalf of digital business teams.
-Perform System Administration functions on CMS systems
-Build out content pages, components on implemented templates.
-System testing & validation; includes writing use cases and test plans.
-Facilitating and participating in UAT within CMS team and with platform stakeholders.
-Troubleshooting gaps in systems outputs
-Troubleshooting system performance issues
-Training others to properly use the system
-Overcoming obstacles and barriers to implementation progress
-Stay current with applicable technologies, conducts training as required
-Required Qualifications for CMS Administrator:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Professional experience with digital technology, including the majority of the following (specific experiences can be concurrent):
-XML language experience
-JavaScript software experience
-HTML, HTML5, CSS development experience
-Experience using Microsoft Office, Visio
-Experience as or working with content management review cycles and copy editing practices.
-Project management experience
-Proven ability to effectively deliver results as required
-Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open projects at the same time
-Ability to effectively operate in a team
-Strong oral and written communications skills
-Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to both internal business partner audience as well as external Client audience
-Solid meeting facilitation and presentation skills
-Ability to operate independently under pressure
-Ability to lead change
-High level of cultural awareness
-Ability to train system users

Preferred Qualifications for CMS Administrator:
-Experience with healthcare industry is a plus
-Experience working with CMS platforms (Stellent/Oracle UCM, Joomla, IBM WCM, Nuxeo)
-Two or more years of business and systems analysis experience
-High level of competency in content architecture creation and software engineering implementation.
