Pixel animated video

In need of a Animated video to be created that consists of strictly Pixel animation. The song comes in at 2:16 in total length and I have a few files for the project already produced. What I need is for someone to finish up the product and add their own artistic flare to the video itself. I had someone start the video previously and they were unable to complete it based off of their inexperience in doing lengthy animations, (he was a beginner I found on twitter). I’m looking for it to be in low quality similar to something that would look like an old arcade game. I’m hoping to finalize this project with the help of you added onto this video and to be able to put it out online. Thanks!
